Palms Retreat is situated in a peaceful position within a
small select top quality holiday park. Visitors have free
use of the parks facilities. These are located away from the
property. Facilities include, heated indoor swimming pool
(April until end of October), all day games room, bar and
restaurant (seasonal), play area with swings, slides, climbing
frames and play equipment for toddlers.
The location is perfect, for exploring South West Cornwall,
with easy reach of Porthreath, St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth,
The Lizard Peninsula, Land's End and much more. The Great
Flat Lode, a circular trail explores one of the greatest concentrations
of historic mine buildings anywhere in the world. Frequently
used by walkers and cyclists is less than ½ a mile away. Wheal
Buller, an international riding school is under 1 mile away.
Stithians Reservoir with a host of water sports facilities
is less than 2 miles away and offers many training courses,
fly fishing only, coarse fishing also close by.
